Del Rio Dip

5 lbs. white American Cheese (cubed)
1 qt. half & half
1 pt. Whipping Cream
1 C. jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1 C. spinach (chopped)

* 1/2 recipe makes big bowl

place cheese in oven proof  bowl and mix with other ingredients.  Bake at 350° until right consistency.
