Almond Triangles


      Yield: 3 To 4 dozen
 
    1/2 c  Butter; softened
      1 c  Sugar
      6 tb Heavy cream
      3    Eggs
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 c  Flour
    1/2 c  Chopped almonds
 
  1. Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in cream and
  2 eggs. Add flour and salt; mix well. Wrap dough
  and refrigerate overnight.
 
  2. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheets; set
  aside. Beat remaining egg slightly.
 
  3. Roll dough out to desired thickness (1/4"); cut
  into triangles. Brush with egg; sprinkle with
  almonds.
 
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  Remove from sheets while still warm.
