Chocolate Crinkles

 

1 c. cocoa

2 c. flour

1/2 c. vegetable oil

2 t. baking powder

2 c. white sugar

2 t. vanilla

4 eggs

1/2 t. salt

 

 

 

Mix cocoa, oil and sugar.  Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla.  Combine dry ingredients and add. Chill dough several hours or overnight.  Drop by spoonfulls or make balls, roll in powdered sugar and then in granulated sugar.  Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes or until crisp and cracks form on top.
