Baked steak

 

round steak, cut into

salt and pepper

   serving pieces

oil

flour

Cream of Mushroom Soup

 

 

 

 

 

Tenderrize steaks by pounding in seasoned flour with meat mallet or back of chef’s kife.   Brown in skillet with oil.  Put into baking dish and cover with 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. water.  Bake at 350 for 1 our or until tender.  may need to add  more liquid.

May also be cooked in Crock Pot on low for 6? hours?
