Preparation
Chinese
Chicken Salad:
Combine
chicken with lettuce, onion, almonds, celery, and radishes.
Pack in an
air-tight container. Send dressing in a separate small plastic container.
Rice Vinegar
Dressing:
Combine oil
and vinegar in a small container with tight fitting lid and shake until well
blended.
