Sautéè until crisp tender in butter:
Mix hamburger and sautéed vegetables in large soup pot: add the following and heat until boiling, then simmer 10 min:
Combine in skillet and cook until bubbly, stirring constantly:
Add above mixture to soup pot along with the following:
Cook and stir until cheese melts.
Serve with sour cream, chopped bacon, chopped olives, etc.
