5 C. rice (long grain pre-cooked)

6 eggs

C. Soy Sauce

1 lb. Ham-cut into small Squares- lunch meat type

1 C. Cooking Oil

Salt & Pepper

-lb. Froz. Vegetables

(Carrots & Peas)

C. Green Onions (chopped)

Sm. Piece Fresh Ginger Root

Put some of the oil in the wok or skillet. Scramble the eggs until almost done. Take eggs out of the skillet. Put some more of the oil in the skillet and green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, & ginger root and simmer for about 10 min. Add the vegetables and ham. Cook until vegs are warm. Then add the eggs and stir. Cook a little while longer.
