Salmon Patties

 

1 can (15 oz.) salmon

1 T. lemon juice

1 egg

1T. flour

3/4 c. milk

dash hot pepper sauce

3/4 c. cracker crumbs

salt & pepper

1t. chopped onions

 

 

Gently mix all ingredients and form into patties.  Brown in butter or oil in skillet or bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
