Marinade for Steaks, etc.
1 cup lite soy sauce
2 tsp. oil, olive or other
1 Tbs. balsamic or other vinegar
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced or ¼ tsp. ginger powder
2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients in large Ziploc bag and add meat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once or twice. Drain marinade and use for basting during grilling if desired. Can be used for steaks, chicken, pork chops, etc
