1 head shredded lettuce |
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles, crushed |

or cabbage (coleslaw mix) |
Flavor packets from noodles |

3 oz. slivered almonds |
3 T. vinegar |
|
or cashews |
2 T. sugar |
|
1 C. sunflower seeds |
salt & pepper to taste |
|
1 chopped onion |
|
Combine first 5 ingredients and
toss. Combine next three ingredients and pour over lettuce mixture.
Refrigerate overnight. Add crushed noodles just before serving.
