QUICK EASY COMPANY RICE PILAF

 

Onion, chopped

water

Green Pepper, chopped

salt

Butter

pepper

Slivered almonds

Chicken base (bouillon cubes)

Minute Rice, uncooked

Sauté onion and pepper in butter. Add almonds before veggies are through cooking and sauté, adding uncooked minute rice to brown along with almonds. Add chicken base and water (equal amounts of water to rice) and salt and pepper. (may not need salt) Follow instruction for minute rice.
