TEA CONCENTRATE

*****-use 2 cups of leaves for 3 quart water

*12 T= 3/4 cup

****For 12 cups of tea use 1 1/2 c. concentrate

****use 8 cups concentrate for 60 cups of tea

Make and measure out 2 T. x 6 cups= 12 T. concentrate into a jar, etc. for each teapot full.

1.Use 1 quart of water over 2/3 cup of tea leaves.

2. Let stand 5 min. then stir and strain into a teapot or pitcher.

3. When ready to serve, pour about 2 T. of concentrate into each cup, then fill cup with steaming hot water.
